About this product
Front desk, bookings, billing, accounts and store for hotels and resorts, in one system
Hotel Management ERP is the system a resort's front desk, accounts and store run on. The room board shows every room by floor and its state right now; new bookings pick rooms from a date grid; check-in carries the guest across from the booking; unpaid bills and advance deposits are tracked to the taka; the cashbook, vouchers and ledger keep the accounts; and the store tracks stock, purchases and suppliers. Reports cover daily collection, receipts and payments, bookings, occupancy and the guest register. It runs in production at Aurelia Bay Resort, Cox's Bazar.
The problem
A resort runs its rooms in a register, its money in a spreadsheet and its store on paper. Nobody knows at a glance which rooms are free tonight, a room gets promised twice, advances go untracked, and the month-end accounts take days.
