It depends on the scope, so we price it after the requirement call: a fixed quote, or a milestone plan for larger work, in writing within one business day. You pay per milestone, as each one is delivered.
A focused first version usually takes weeks, not months. The proposal gives a date for each milestone, and you see working software on a test link every one to two weeks.
You do. Source code, servers, domains and credentials are handed over in your name at delivery, with documentation. You can take it to another team at any time.
A free support period for bugs comes with every project, and catalog products include support as stated on their page. After that, an optional monthly plan covers updates, hosting and new features.
