What it does
- LLM tool-calling agent loop (Groq, OpenAI-compatible) — three tools: search_doctors, check_availability, book_appointment — the model decides when to call each.
- Symptom → specialist matching — patient’s spoken complaint is mapped to doctors via symptom tags, not keyword menus.
- Voice in the browser — Web Speech API STT (bn-BD) + TTS; no paid speech service, works in plain Chrome.
- Grounded booking — the agent can only book what the scheduling engine allows (daily limits, advance days, visiting hours); full days auto-roll to the next free date.
- Rate-limit resilience — automatic backoff & retry on 429s, designed to run on Groq’s free tier (~8k TPM).
- Embeddable & multi-tenant — one script tag with a per-hospital embed key scopes the agent to that hospital’s doctors; every conversation is captured as a lead.
