- Recruiter Hiring OS — commitment tasks, recruiter KPIs, bonus engine, pillar scorecards and retention digests.
- WhatsApp candidate messaging via Meta Cloud API — templates, throttling, opt-out and inbound webhook parsing.
- i18n in 5 languages (EN, ES, FR, DE, AR with RTL), light/dark mode, browser install wizard.
- Optional AI layer (FastAPI) — CV shortlisting, Whisper-transcribed voice interviews, GPT scoring — runs fine with AI off.
- GDPR tooling — scheduled anonymization of stale applicants; Sanctum API + Laravel WebSockets realtime.
