What it does
- One-line embed — <script src="widget.js" data-embed-key="…"> drops the voice widget into any hospital website; each hospital’s embed key scopes the bot to its own doctors (multi-tenant).
- Bengali voice in the browser — Web Speech API STT (bn-BD) + TTS, no paid voice service needed.
- LLM tool-calling brain (Groq, OpenAI-compatible) with three tools: search_doctors (symptom-tag matching), check_availability and book_appointment.
- Real scheduling logic — per-doctor daily patient limits, advance-booking days, visiting days/hours and serial numbers; when today fills up the bot automatically offers the next free day.
- Rate-limit resilient — automatic backoff & retry on LLM 429s, tuned for free-tier token budgets.
- Every conversation becomes a lead — captured with problem summary and suggested doctor; Bengali admin panel for doctors (schedule, fee, limits), leads and appointment status.
